Lost in Discovery

Lost in discovery, an apt title of life lately! Amidst the flurry of words, crafting worlds and characters, each page a portal to imagination. Time bends to the will of creation, hours slipping away unnoticed. Every sentence a revelation, every chapter an adventure...and here we are many month since my last post. While many of us have a tale waiting to be told, we find ourselves swept away by the expectations of others, adrift on someone else's journey. It is a narrative as old as time itself—losing sight of our true essence in the pursuit of pleasing those around us. The irony is that we often remain oblivious to our deviation until we are engulfed by a sense of emptiness, discontent, and anxiety. Yet, there is solace in the fact that within each of us resides an undeniable urge—an innate call to explore, to embrace our uniqueness, and to uncover that elusive inner harmony.

Have you ever experienced such a sense of being lost, tossed into a sea of errors and uncertainty? It is a shared human journey to deviate from our intended path and find ourselves submerged in an ocean of doubt. Yet, amidst all our confusion and fear, there often emerges a lifeline—a means to reconnect with newfound resilience and insight. Even in moments of exhaustion and trepidation, we must trust in the abundance of resources within us. Our internal compass unfailingly directs us towards authenticity.

These expeditions, difficult as they may be, serve as invitations to understand and reconcile with ourselves. It is about approaching our own stories with compassion and curiosity, recognizing our inherent worthiness of love. It is about summoning the courage to decline and free ourselves from that which does not resonate with our truth.

Life offers us countless opportunities to rewrite our stories in ways that liberate us. The sanctuary of self—a haven we can genuinely call home—is perpetually within reach. Perhaps one day, we'll all go on a journey to uncover the answer that has been coming to us all along: I am all that I am, and so far, it has been all I needed.

Much Love

Lucy
