Life can change in a heartbeat, reshaping everything as we know it. Parenthood can be such a transformative experience. It is a chance to go deep within, and reflect on our current path. It allows us space to ask questions that might move our internal and external worlds to a better place. Life is really full of surprises! Many of us discovered a similar unfolding during the isolating pandemic, with an imposed face- to- face with ourselves. Are our beliefs about ourselves always the truth? It takes resolution to save some of your love for yourself. Life is not a waiting game: waiting for time, waiting for love, waiting for a miracle to happen. Rather deepen the connection within, and be present for yourself in the moment. Now is always the time to forgive, for more self belief, and for gratitude for all the magic in your life.

There is no one who knows you better than you! A reflection of our true self allows us to be playful and creative, while also being resilient and well-adjusted. We have become comfortable with predictability and conformity, following a life recipe that brings repetitive results, but not necessarily our happiest outcome. You may have seen a glimpse of your true self while enjoying something you love. That may have been dancing, singing, foraging – anything that inspired you out of your everyday rut. If you are feeling restless, drab and listless, then it is time to ask, when was the last time you did something that made you feel light and happy? Share in something that connects you to satisfaction, pleasure and joy. You are worth the time and effort to reconnect to yourself.

Life is designed to align us to our heart-led purpose. Challenges are always present. They are not intended to diminish us. Rather we can use these experiences to inspire personal growth and new ideas. You may be pleasantly surprised by who discover within once you infuse your everyday life with more passion and mindfulness.

“The timeless in you is aware of life’s timelessness. And knows that yesterday is but today’s memory and tomorrow is today’s dream.”, Kahlil Gibran
